{ Tortilla Roll-ups }

Cheryl writes: "This recipe has seen many a bridal shower and baby shower and never comes home with any leftovers.  It is excellent!"

Ingredients

8 oz. block of cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup Three Cheese Ranch Salad Dressing
1 carrot, very finely chopped
2/3 cup broccoli, very finely chopped
8 tortillas

1. Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing together until well mixed. 

2. Stir in chopped vegetables until well mixed. 

3. Divide mixture evenly among the tortillas and spread to edges. Roll up and wrap. 

4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 

5. Slice diagonally into 1/2 inch slices and serve on a pretty plate.
