{ Artichoke Dip }

Serves: 4 to 6

Just a Thought...

Kathryn writes:  "Absolutely delicious and easy to make.  I freeze it, thaw it, then bake.  Great for Christmas."
 

Ingredients:

     1 can of artichoke hearts in water, chopped 

     1 cup of Miracle Whip dressing

     1 cup of parmesan cheese

     1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded

     1-2 cloves of crushed garlic (1 for mild, 2 for zesty)
 

1.  Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

2.  Place in a casserole dish. 

3.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered.

Serve hot with dipping chips or on plain crackers.
