{ Jalapeno Cheese Ball }
Source: Karen Digout Ingredients: 3-5 jalapeno peppers (remove seeds and chop finely) 1 pound shredded old cheddar 1 medium onion, minced ½ cup mayonnaise 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 Mix ingredients together. Put into a round bowl lined with sealable plastic wrap. Fold edges over to seal. Put into fridge overnight. 2 Take off cellophane and roll into a ball or leave in the shape of the bowl. 3 Cover with chopped parsley or pecans. 4 Serve with crackers. |
