{ Rotisserie-style Chicken }

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients: 

     1/4 cup oil

     1 tbsp honey

     1 tbsp lime juice

     1/4 tsp paprika

     seasoned salt

     4 chicken breast halves with skin 
 

1.  Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in saucepan and warm just enough to melt honey. 

2.  Arrange 4 chicken breast halves, skin side up in a square baking dish or pan, sprayed with Pam.

3.  Pour mixture over chicken breasts.

4.  Bake uncovered at 400 about 35 to 40 minutes or until nicely browned, basting chicken 3 or 4 times without turning. 

5.  Immediately upon removing from oven, seal baking dish tightly in foil and let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
